Make Irish Cream at home! This home version is very close the real thing, the Baileys Irish Cream with a advantage that you can increase or decrease the flavors to suite palate

Notes from an experienced mind:

If you are not planning to consume your brew in a few days , then store it in the refrigerator to avoid conversion of the Irish Cream into Irish Curd…

Also, avoid using Fresh Cream in your mix, to make your Irish Cream last  Longer without curdling!

  • Ingredients:
    1. one tin condensed milk tin (200ml)
    2. half glass whiskey (200ml)
    3. 4-5 table spoons of Cuppachino or Espresso or Coffee
    4. 200 gms. fresh cream
    5. 40 gms. bitter chocolate ( if you like it)
  • Recipe:
    Put nos. 1-4 in mixie/blender.
    Then melt chocolate in a double boiler and add to the mixture in the mixie/blender.
    Whisk well and its ready to serve
